When Jack Reacher (Tom Cruise) tries to help his fellow security officer Major Susan Turner (Cobie Smulders), who is an innocent US Army spy, they inadvertently become involved in a worldwide holiday.
QUICK NOTE:
From the hand of director Edward Zwick, the film "Jack Reacher: Never Go Back" becomes popular . Here he tries to humanize Jack Reacher's character by playing big action scenes, a lighter story and more accessible to the general public than in the first film.
But it's also bad news for fans of the previous film. Never Go Back doesn't have the same intensity of plot and execution as most B-movies, Christopher McQuarrie makes Jack Reacher's debut film very different from Tom Cruise's blockbuster. You won't find a scene in Never Go Back that compares in grandeur to Jack Reacher's first debut. So if we're saying Jack Reacher is a brilliant thriller, Jack Reacher: Never Go Back is a lackluster action movie that's easy to miss.
